ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

There will be an update to the Windows XP and Windows 2003 TZ update fix released tomorrow as an optional download from Microsoft Update.  This update contains changes to foreign timezones (Tehran, Nambia, Central Brazil, East South America, Newfoundland, Western Australia) so it's not necessary to reapply it.  That said, it should reapply without any issues.

NOTE: This update will be marked as a critical download on February 13th on Microsoft Update and it will be pushed beginning then.

As of 8 AM this morning, registration for the Public WebCast on Feb 2nd at 1:00pm PST for the new Exchange and Outlook tools is closed as this webcast is now completely full.  Additional public Webcasts are being planned for the next few weeks to provide additional guidance.  Registration fills quickly so it's important that you attempt to reqister as soon as you receive a link.  If you cannot attend, check back two or three days after the WebCast to listen to the recording of the session.
