Course I still also have a 486 with plans to restore it and use it as either my voicemail / fax machine or controller for lights, etc when we take vacations.

I'm enjoying the storyline so far, it is way out in left field, but that is what makes it funny. Of course real world IT doesn't happen this way, but neither are half the commercials you see on TV. Did you see the comment about missing a USB port? Now that is funny. Watching someone try to figure out an antiquated piece of hardware like a 486 would actually be pretty humorous. How many serial mice can you find these days? Yes, some 486 machines were built with a serial port for the mouse. Or how about trying to find a keyboard with a Large DB9 connector?

I love the comic. It was a great beginning to lead us into some sort of mystery with well-done humor along the way. Keep it up!

The premise of this comic being about real life IT professionals lasted for about 2 days before they went on this ridiculous computer quarantine in hazmat suits shtick. Try reading some thedailywtf and then get back to me about real IT humor.

Really like this comic.

To bad it feels like means of getting Silverlight into more machines ;(, what about Flash or JavaFX version of the viewer :)
