&lt;p&gt;a very useful, practical function to change file timestamps!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I usually use the unix like &amp;quot;touch&amp;quot; command for similar tasks,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;but even this could be implemented in Powershel ...&lt;/p&gt;
