&lt;p&gt;@K_Schulte information is power. With access to the information, you decide how you want to proceed. In addition it is really fun to be able to explore this stuff. When on a plane, and not wanting to pay really high fees for Internet access, I love spending time exploring and seeing what I can find.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;this is still interesting enough to keep it in mind.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We can often fall back to use the .net framework classes directly and it is a great help to be able to &amp;quot;reflect&amp;quot; on them. Though it might not be easy to find a way to use them directly even if you know the types, methos, enums, properties and so on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But it surely is worth to know how to retrieve them.&lt;/p&gt;
