&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not an API expert, but I know that we can use Windows Api functions in PS and that&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;it is the C# way of consuming them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s a bit hard to understand the details but I got your points and how exploits can be used&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;by attackers.!&lt;/p&gt;
