I am getting the following error for the disable-spblobcache:

Exception calling "ApplyWebConfigModifications" with "0" argument(s): "A web configuration modification operation is already running."

At \\server\c$\Scripts\Blobcache.ps1:92 char:46

+ $WebApp.Parent.ApplyWebConfigModifications <<<< ()

+ CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [], MethodInvocationException

+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : DotNetMethodException

how about instructions on altering the IIS 7.5 web.config file of "simple" web sites?

..you know... we still have those..

Hey guys, Quick question, you ever run into a "A web configuration modification operation is already running " error when running this one? I have run it on a number of boxes without issue but had one farm that would not behave.

Thanks Guys! This is something I have had to rely on my developers to package into solutions and features anytime a client needed to make changes to the web.config. Having this up my sleeve will be a huge help.
