&lt;p&gt;How can I do this for an INI file that is in the users profile (i.e: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming) in Windows 7? For all user&amp;#39;s profiles that reside on the computer. %Username% does not seem to work.&lt;/p&gt;
