I usually convert Event Logs to a HTML files (I think it's better and readable than a plain text). I use Remote Event Log Manager, a part of AdminToys Suite utilities (www.admintoyssuite.com)

This script is good. But, is it possible to do this more than once without overwriting the previous backup. Like, I wanna do this everyday on a specific schedule. Maybe it can show me logs specified by date. Something like that. Is that possible? I mean it is possible but how can we do that?

This is a great script, how can I narrow the backup of the application log to only cover the past 24 hours though? Thanks!
