I'm interested in this Technet subscription. It will be my first time, but the price is a bit high. 3 Extra months isn't a great offer for first timer. I think most of us (new/wanting to be a subscriber) like the discount more than the 3 months.

Really sad to see that a discount is no longer being offered. I was looking to sign up for my first technet subscription but the price is just too high! Also it looks like they changed the number of licenses for the standard subscription down to 2 which pretty much makes it usless at least in my opinion.

To clarify my previous question, is there a similar offer in Australia? With the subscription price for Technet Professional Download at AUD $618.00. A lot of Australians would welcome some reduction in the price of this subscription.
