Over the years, I have spoken at a lot of TechNet Events as well as Tech Ed, Connections, etc.  We usually have folks fill out a survey that asks about the event experience.  Usually, folks who attend our events are fairly satisfied with the event, but we never really ask about the experience of doing business with Microsoft.

Over the last year or so, I’ve been involved with many discussions internally here at Microsoft on why people may be satisfied or dissatisfied with Microsoft.  My management chain would love to get feedback from actual customers on this topic and I would love to be able to get them the “real” feedback.  I know this cannot be considered “official” feedback, but I can guarantee that I will pass all the verbatim directly to my management (up to my VP).  If you are willing to take a few minutes to answer three questions, I can really use your help.  Also, please pass this survey link along to everyone you know that would be willing to provide anonymous feedback to help us improve.
