I have been posting a streaming version of the Tech Ed 2008 Video Interviews on my blog via a Silverlight control. If you want to download the interviews for whatever reason, you can find them posted at edge.technet.com as well. It is available for download on that site (easier to make things downloadable from there versus here).
I should clarify one thing though - there is one video that is not posted there and that is the non-work related one with Caroline Chung. :-)
