For those of you who haven't already figured it out, there are Windows Server 2008 Launch Events taking place in the months of March, April, May and some in June.  For those of you who live in one of the 4 states listed above, you will be seeing me in person.  Below is the information for each.

March 20, 2008: Denver, Colorado - Colorado Convention Center (Downtown)
April 1, 2008: Phoenix, Arizona - Phoenix Convention Center (Downtown)
April 3, 2008: Las Vegas, Nevada - Rio Hotel and Suites
April 15, 2008: Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque Convention Center

To register and get more information about the sessions, go to www.heroeshappenhere.com (you'll get redirected).

For those of you who are interested in attending the Phoenix and Denver events and haven't already registered, you'll immediately notice that these two events are SOLD OUT.  Before you bombard me with emails (I've already received quite a few of these), keep reading.  There is always a maximum capacity that a room has for seats (and to comply with fire marshall regulations).  We ALWAYS allow more people to register than what maximum capacity allows for because we know there will be some folks who cannot make it at the last minute (drop off).  The question here is, what percent drop off did we plan for?  Hmmm ... without giving up our "secrets" [ :-) ], I will just say this: If it were me and I forgot to register, I would just show up the morning of the event and put my name on the standby list.  Having been involved with past launches (dating back to the Windows 2000 Launch and pretty much every launch since), there have ALWAYS been enough openings to get standby people into the event even after the registration was closed at the maximum allowed.  Please understand that I am NOT giving a guarantee that you'll get in, but I am saying there is always a possibility and that if it were ME, I WOULD show up.  The final choice is yours.

For those of you in Las Vegas and Albuquerque who are intersted in attending but haven't already registered, GO REGISTER NOW!!!!!

I look forward to seeing you at one of these events!
