I know that TechNet Virtual Labs are very valuable to IT Professionals.  Even I take advantage of these since it is a time saver from a build out perspective so that I can immediately get some hands on experience with new "stuff".  I just found out there are some new Virtual Labs available on Office Communications Server 2007 as well as a new one for Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging.

What are some of the benefits of these new labs?

1. Allows you to experiment with new features and familiarize yourself OCS 2007 (free)
2. No installation required
3. Get experience with the following topics:
    a. Deploying and Configuring OCS 2007
    b. Enabling Users and Installing Office Communicator 2007
    c. Configuring and Using Conferencing in OCS 2007
    d. Using the Management and Troubleshooting Tools in OCS 2007
    e. Compliance and Archiving in OCS 2007
    f.  Configuring the Unified Messaging Server (Exchange 2007)

Here's the link to the main OCS Virtual Lab landing page:  http://www.microsoft.com/events/series/unifiedcommunications.aspx?tab=virtuallabs.
