Hello Guys,

I`m here again. I just would like to ask you one thing, but it`s not about this post.

My question is...How many Group Policy Settings and Preferences do we have TODAY?

Is there a exact number of group policy in Windows Systems? Like;

Windows Server 2003 we have...

Windows Server 2008 we have...

Windows Vista

Windows 7

I know its kind of strange....but I'm just curious about that and I don't know if you guys of Group Policy Team can answer me...

Thanks in advance for that and Ill be waiting a positive or negative answer...

The system requirements for GPPMIG states you have to have be a Domain administrator to use the tool.

What if we are not Domain admins but still need to migrate Policy maker items within our OU?

The only solution I have found is to manually copy the PolicyMaker item to a text file, edit the file to use the Group Policy Preferences clsid, then paste into preferences item in new gpo.
