&lt;p&gt;Can you explain why you prefer smaller clusters?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It strikes me as very odd that the deployment guides for Hyper-V Cloud are based on individual non-high available Hyper-V servers. This kind of marketing approach hurts the otherwise good initiative. &lt;/p&gt;
