This is yet another reason why I don't have an IPod. Way to go Nokia.
(Credit - email from David Lemson) Nokia licenses Microsoft Exchange Server ActiveSync protocol for integration with Nokia's business-optimized devices
So this is very cool. Remember the James Bond movie "Tomorrow Never Dies" where Mr. Bond is sitting down in the back of the car and he opens up his phone sideways and starts driving the car remotely? That was done with Nokia and ActiveSync! OK, that is a lie. That phone was an Erikson. But that phone looks like the type that will be connecting to the Exchange Servers in the future. The article mentions the series 80 phones (9300, 9500, and others) and the series 60 phones (3650 and more). So even though Nokia won't be running the Windows Mobile OS, at least they will be connecting to Exchange Servers.(EDIT: Link fixed to David Lemson)
Microsoft Corp. today announced that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire Sybari Software Inc., a leading provider of security products that help more than 10,000 businesses worldwide protect their messaging and collaboration servers from viruses, worms and spam. Microsoft will use this acquisition to further provide its enterprise customers with new solutions to help protect them from malicious software.

I found this while looking for some script help on installing Exchange 5.5 hot fixes. Interestingly, I found this by means of MSN search.
I am starting to use MSN search more and more. I took the suggestion of the MSN search team internally and got rid of my Google bar and made MSN my search preference. It took me a few hours to adjust, but it is starting to grow on me. I have found a few things on MSN that I didn't on Google. I miss the old dejanews.com\deja.com\groups.google.com and I do have to use that sometimes. Newsgroups are still important to be searchable and when Google bought dejanews years ago I was was happy for Google but disappointed that we didn't have a similar service. Also Froogle is the best so far and I am waiting for our solution.
Another thing that just blows my mind is that when I search on my first name (vanity, I know) on Google the results are great! This blog is at the top. But when I search on MSN the results YESTERDAY were pitiful... But I for some reason TODAY when I checked this blog is at the top. Yesterday there were all kinds of links to it but you couldn't even find the main page anywhere. It is amazing how it gets updated. I was about to start on a rant about how my company's search engine didn't even know my blog existed. I am impressed now.
I have added a link to my personal blog on the right hand side of the page. My first post is just a picture of my daughter that will make your day brighter. :)
Since this blog gets put on the Exchange Community site I have been keeping a lot of stuff that I would like to share off of this page, but now I can post to Nobody Famous. Nobody Famous comes from my philosophy that I believe that we should try our best to help each other as a team and not have one particular person stand out because he or she kept all of the knowledge to themselves and dealt it out when they wanted to. So I will share what I can when I can there.
Since I have come to Microsoft 5+ years ago, it has become more and more difficult to distinguish what is known and what is not known so I encourage you to ask me or the rest of Exchange team questions when you have them. We do answer them, when we can.
Oh... Why does it say I like monkeys?
