Hello TMG-Team (or should i say "what´s left of it"),
i appreciate the new features you bring in with TMG 2010 SP2, but could you please clarify two important things that "Lovers of the Safest-Authentication-Feature-Complete-Most-Stable-and-secure Firewall on this planet need to know":
1. What the heck will happen to TMG ?! You can´t make a statement like this within the Gartner SWG-Report and leaving all customers and inner-circle-partners in a situation where it´s completely unclear what is going to happen for Months!! now !!
2. Will there be IPv6-Support for TMG 2010, and if so, will it be in the near future ? Although most customers have no idea what efforts we´re talking about when talking about IPv6 this question is the one EVERY costumer keeps asking, because they don´t want to deploy Software now which they DON`T KNOW if it will be fully supported with IPv6 at some time in the future (even if not near). Even a "No, there will never be IPv6 in TMG 2010 is BETTER than NOTHING"
after upgrade to 2sp i have this:
We had to uninstall SP2 since it was crashing the FW Service all the time.
Uninstalling is no fun, too: Service dependencies missing (the HTTP thing) and you need to set the TMG services to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" to get it back up again...
What is the point for releasing any Service packs for TMG? We are all going to migrate our coustomers to something else very soon.
