Hello, I have some how got the w32blaster worm on my computer and have tried everything to get it off. Personal Shield pro has installed itself somehow. Please help me! I have tried avast and PC doc and neither of them work. Please direct me to the right person.

Please, I can´t access my Banco do Brasil homebank (www.bb.com.br). The Fix It protocol didn't work (MESSAGE:THE FIX IT DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR SYSTEM).
