This Fix it reverses the previously released Disable Feature Restrict about protocol that addressed a problem that occurred after you installed cumulative security update 961260 for Internet Explorer (MS09-002) on Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008. This problem is now resolved by installing security update 963027. For more information about this change, and to download the Fix it, visit the following Web page:

For those getting the error message "THE FIX IT DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR SYSTEM"...this is a problem with our Fix it. We are aware of this problem and are currently working on a solution as high priority. We'll update this blog post when the updated Fix it is available. In the interim, you can fix this problem yourself by following the steps in the KB article:

Eu consegui resolver meu problema quanto ao acesso de minha pagina no Banco do Brasil, para isso segui os passos recomendados no site da microsoft, logo abaixo do FIX, há um caminho que diz "solucionarlo por mi mismo", sigam esses passos e reiniciem o internet explorer.

não consigo abrir a página do banco do brasil mesmo depois de instalar o fix it. Dá pra solucionar isto? Assim não dá.
If you are getting the error message "THE FIX IT DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR SYSTEM", and you are running Windows Vista with Internet Explorer 7 and security update 961260 (MS09-002), then this is a known issue with our Fix it. We are currently working on a solution as high priority. In the interim, you can fix this problem yourself by upgrading to Vista SP1 or following the workaround steps in the KB article:
