hello its me again see this is the first time i have ever used a conputer, and i was trying to clean up somethings that i had downloaded .iam afraid i might of gotten rid of things that i need to protect me and my conputer.can you help me in anyway i need help

My Window Media Center is not working The T.V. or the new or the radio . It said that it may have files damaged cannot recognize turner card .It also said has stop responding .I don't know what wrong I just know it not work like it said it should. Thank you Annie

I am not sure if anything is missing I am just going through my os and fixing what I can to optimize my system and restore any deleted files.
