We just released another Fix it Knowledge Base (KB) article. This Fix it enables CTRL+ALT+DEL defaults for workgroup computers as described in KB 960271.
PingBack from http://gitfourm.com/?p=656
Oops - KB 960271 is titled: Windows SteadyState may not automatically restart a Windows XP-based computer in certain circumstances so I think the link above must be in error.
Incidentally, support.microsoft.com/.../308226 does address the CTRL+ALT+DEL issue and the FixIt utility there works just fine but it also has a mistake in the Let Me Fix it Myself in the Windows 7 portion. Entering Control Userpasswords2 does not do the trick - the string must be entered in a Start/Run window. At least that's what happens for me with Win7 Ultimate x64.
Please fix the KB article to reflect the correct instructions.
