Planning is underway for the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC), July 13-17 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., and members from the U.S. subsidiary of the Worldwide Partner Group are heading to D.C. in February to visit the venue and do other related planning for the conference, writes Diane Golshan on the US Partner Team blog.
“We were in Washington, D.C. for WPC 2010, and it is a wonderfully accessible and accommodating city for an event like WPC,” she writes.
As you plan for the conference (sign up for early registration here), you can follow the latest on US Partner Team and conference news several ways, including Twitter, Facebook and Yammer.
On Twitter, follow @WPCUS, a feed that is frequently updated. (You don’t need to use Twitter yourself to read the feed and click through links, Golshan writes). On Facebook, like our Microsoft U.S. Worldwide Partner Conference page to see the latest WPC news for U.S. partners in your feed. And on Yammer, join the WPC Yammer group. “In this community, you’ll get WPC updates from members of the Microsoft US team as well as from other partner members. You can set your notifications to receive email about new posts. This is a good place to ask questions you have about WPC."
To read Golshan’s post, which includes links to find out more about WPC if you’re not sure yet whether you’d like to attend, head over to the Microsoft Partner Network blog.
