At gamescom last week, Electronic Arts and DICE showed off a new “Battlefield 4” trailer that showcased the intense and dramatic naval combat that you can expect with the “Paracel Storm” map. “Battlefield 4” blurs the line between game and glory, with dynamic destructible environments, epic vehicular combat and the chaos of all-out war.
As previously announced, all your “Battlefield 4” stats for Xbox 360 will carry over to Xbox One. That means when you start playing “Battlefield 4” on Xbox 360 (starting Oct. 29, when it launches), all the progress you make, such as earned stats, ranks and gear, will carry over when you upgrade to the Xbox One version in November.
Also, Electronic Arts and DICE have said that premium membership for “Battlefield 4,” which grants access to themed digital expansion packs, new weekly content and personalization options, will also transfer from Xbox 360 to Xbox One.
And don’t forget: The first map pack for “Battlefield 4” – called “Second Assault” – will be available first on Xbox One. For more information, visit Xbox Wire.
