This came up in the DFS_FRS newsgroup recently. A customer reported that the health report showed “Report Loading, Please wait...” but never generated. Here are the instructions for fixing this.

1. Go to Add / Remove Programs > Add / Remove Windows Components.

2. Find Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration and highlight it.

3. Click Details.

4. You will see two check boxes For administrator groups and For all other user groups.

5. Make sure For Administrator groups is not checked. If it is, uncheck it and re-run the diagnostic report.
