Kevin I've been trying through regular channels for over a week. We have a horribly broken Exchange install that support had been unwilling\unable to help with. The latest iteration being Escalation support made a change which broke exiting users and left for the weekend, RU3 doesn't fix the issues and even a recovery install has not resolved it. What do we do?

Exchange 2010 SP 1 Rollup 3 (v3) (show support.microsoft.com/.../en-us) resolves issue with BES duplicate messages, but not dealy messages with MS Outlook 2010 in cache mode.

Any idea with delays with MS Outlook 2010 in cache mode.

Does this new release Exchange 2010 SP 1 Rollup 3 resolve Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 3 and BlackBerrys sending duplicate messages issue?

As an FYI to all, I install the latest Rollup 3 (v3) with no issues and it resolved my duplicate blackberry sent items issue. My scenario was that I had Exchange 2010 SP1, installed the original Rollup 3 and users started seeing dup's in their sent items on their devices. I did not make any reg changes while waiting for the updated Rollup 3.

If we implemented the registry key to lower the polling value can we leave in place or do we need to clean up this key before or after the RU3 install?

Thanks for this details, we install RU3 to get rid of errors during PST import (known as c(support.microsoft.com/.../en-us), but if we uninstall RU3 are we able to download/install the Q2479875 ?

As it seem that the KB entry have also been removed ?

Any word on whether it's looking like the 2010 SP1 RU3 rerelease will be done this week? We have been managing the support calls from our users, but would be VERY helpful if we could start the change control process as soon as possible to ensure coordination with our public safety personnel.

Would I be correct in assuming that Rollup 4 will not be coming next month as originally planned?

@ Nadim J: we have pulled RU3 for Exchange 2010 SP1, not for Exchange 2010 RTM (which is what you linked to). We will definitely let people know when E2010 SP1 RU3 is out again as a v2.
