We have a horribly broken Exchange install that support had been unwilling\unable to help with. The latest iteration being Escalation support made a change which broke exiting users and left for the weekend, RU3 doesn&amp;#39;t fix the issues and even a recovery install has not resolved it. What do we do? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Exchange 2010 SP 1 Rollup 3 (v3) (show &lt;a rel="nofollow" target="_new" href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2529939/en-us"&gt;support.microsoft.com/.../en-us&lt;/a&gt;) resolves issue with BES duplicate messages, but not dealy messages with MS Outlook 2010 in cache mode.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any idea with delays with MS Outlook 2010 in cache mode.&lt;/p&gt;

We have been managing the support calls from our users, but would be VERY helpful if we could start the change control process as soon as possible to ensure coordination with our public safety personnel.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Would I be correct in assuming that Rollup 4 will not be coming next month as originally planned? &lt;/p&gt;
