Can we perform an in-place Server 2019 to Server 2022 upgrade with
Exchange Server 2019 CU14 installed? If not, what is the recommended
path for an existing Exchange Server 2019 CU14 installation running on

@ITTechMon , that Download Domain should be fine. I would concentrate on
why you're getting 404 when attempting to access OWA directly from your
Download Domain... (Host Headers? DNS? Port Forwarding? Exchange
Config?).
Perhaps my problem is I did it as attachments.domain.com instead of
attachments.owa.domain.com with the owa site being owa.domain.com as
doing attachments.domain.com/owa gives me an HTTP 404 error
