How does your CSV look like? You normally have one column EmailAddress
with the EmailAddress of the Target Mail User. Make sure email address
is correct here.Also, make sure you have the target user retrieved with
Get-MailUser <Exact EmailAddress from the CSV> and not Get-MailContact.
