I'm a PM, working on the Unified Messaging features in Exchange. I joined Microsoft in 2005. Before that, I worked for several years on messaging products for Octel Communications (now Avaya, by acquisition and then spin-off). I also worked at a start-up (still going strong) on a workflow-based transcription service that used speech recognition to create marked-up Word documents from voice recordings. After deriving great benefit from Exchange in my time with an independent software vendor, it's great to be able to put something back.
