My name is Dave Howe, and I worked for a small manufacturing company in North Carolina as a network administrator before being hired by Microsoft in October 2001.  Although I was originally brought in to assist Windows Millennium customers, I soon found myself supporting both Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000.  For the past two years, I have held the role as a technical lead in the Exchange Admin group, concentrating on the Active Directory Connector and Exchange migrations.  In June of this year, I moved over to the Exchange Escalation Services group as a Support Escalation Engineer.  I am married to a lovely woman named Jennifer, and I have an 11 year old son named Andrew and a new baby due in September.
