I manage the Design and Usability teams for Exchange, SQL, and E-Business servers. My teams are responsible for understanding customer needs and designing great user experiences for our products. Really getting to know our customers and embodying their needs through innovative software solutions that are useful, usable, and desirable, is my passion. In a nutshell, my team creates the "face" and experience of the products you use.
