I'm a Senior Premier Field engineer at Microsoft, primarily training, consulting, and supporting Exchange for some of our larger customers. I joined Microsoft PSS in '99 supporting 5.5's connectors and migrators from foreign systems  (Notes/cc:Mail/GWise), eventually moving to the "Advisory Services" team to sell and consult Exchange 5.5 to 2000 migrations (It might be the only time we engineers sold contracts in PSS). Before my current role, I donned several hats at Microsoft - from support engineer, to technical lead, to beta engineer - where I worked directly with developers and early adopters in deploying and supporting Exchange 2003 in its beta stages, wrote training content, and delivered workshops. In my spare time, I enjoy gaming, biking, skiing, and spending time with my family.
