About Exchange Escalations Support

My name is Eric Norberg and my primary intention with this blog is to provide an area where I can share unique or strange issues I see as an Escalations Engineer.   I also intend to discuss niche components of Exchange that I have specialized in over the course of my career.  That being said this will be a technical area which may contain or allude to topics previously discussed elsewhere on this site, within Microsoft Knowledge Base articles or whitepapers, or in some cases even 3^rd party sites.    I will do my best to reduce redundancy whenever possible but my end aim is to provide you with a thoroughly documented issue that lays out the symptoms of the initial problem (e.g. reason for the call), my troubleshooting (e.g. data collection and analysis techniques/observations), and ultimately the net resolution I provided to these customers.
