Are you coming up to the end of your first year in Empower? Could you do with another year to make sure you are ready for testing? At the moment this renewal cannot be done online and you will need to call the Regional Service Centre on 0800 917 3128 option 2 then option 3 and pay by credit card (preferably). We are of course trying to streamline this process so enrolment into Empower and renewals are done through the Partner Portal - so watch this space!
