We are also experiencing out of memory errors with the virtual machines. We are running four simultaneously on a 8 core box, with 8GB of ram, with each virtual set to use 1GB of ram.

The Exchange tool is not using the correct profile. It is creating and using the msextmz-user-hexvalue instead of the default profile. The key exists for the check profile. The profile is set to use an account that has all of the required permissions

Q: Can I use the tzmove.exe -quiet command against public folders with non-English characters? A: Non-English characters are not supported in command line options for the tool. The owner of the PF will need to run the rebasing manually

We have updated over 300 public folders, except for about 30 where they have the ‘&’ (ampersand) symbol in the public folder name. It seems the exchange tool does not like that being in the path.

I was under the impression that if you added the people from nonexixtent and errors into mailboxes_1 that would assign them time zones. I got 0x8004011d for some of them in the tmz.log Do I have to edit output.txt to assign tzone info as well?
