&lt;p&gt;How does this translate here for the Surface RT?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This tip should only be used by those that know exactly what they&amp;#39;re doing and know how to manually recover a Windows RT device in the event of (software) failure.&lt;/p&gt;
