i've setup kms on windows server 2003 for our training lab in downers grove, i've setup kms on windows vista in a demonstration for a customer.  now i'm in the process of setting it up on windows server 2008.  microsoft has published a demonstration video that explains the process and shows you step by step the process of installing kms
