DPM2010 doesn't support SQL 2008 R2 (for SQL-Instance)

Are there any plans to support SQL 2008 R2 instead of 2008 SP1 ?

Spoke with the principal Group Program Manager of DPM and DPM 2010 RTM is now GA in Technet and MSDN.

Did anyone notice that its now JUNE and its still not available.

Get your act together, Microsoft. Where are your standards?

Step 1 of a successfull product launch ought to include making the RTM product available through all disctribution channels, INCLUDING msdn. Additionally you seem to forget that subscribers actually pay a lot of money for theses subs.

or maybe microsoft have different criteria for measuring success.

i hope that when (if?) eventually i am able to get hold of the product that the quality of development is better than the quality of the launch!

When can i Download DPM 2010 RTM full ISO version from my MSDN of Technet Account ?

it's the first of june and i need the official version and not the Trail version.

Is it possible to have it this week ?

Wow, DPM 2010 was released on April, 19th. NOW it is the 26th of May. And DPM neither appeared at MS Licensing nor at MSDN.

Just want to point out that if you have a System Center Management Suite Enterprise license, you can download DPM 2010 from the Volume License site under the SCMSE product download area.

I would have posted this sooner, but the forum comments were disabled at the time I noticed it.
