One thing that is getting on my nerves is the reliability of the DPM agent.
I mean, we have a couple of Exchange 2007 servers and when we move users we usually have the error message that "the replica is not consistent with the protected data source ID 91". It does happen also with a domain controller when backing up the System State portion.
A consistency check is pretty useless. We had to delete the entire protection group, recreate it and force a synchronization. Too bad...
So far, no problems with file servers and SQL Server 2005 databases.
