&lt;p&gt;I had the same issue until I disabled IPv6 on the Std Edition server.&lt;/p&gt;

Just want to note that this may also affect IM conferencing. Our Lync STD FE was showing event ID 33019 - &amp;quot;Lync Server IM MCU failed to connect to the SIP Front End&amp;quot; and would show that it was trying to connect to the IP designated as PSTN interface. After making a host entry with the internal IP only, we resolved both the LSCP issue as well as the IM conferencing issues.&lt;/p&gt;
