After downloading, make sure to copy all of the threshold files into the PAL installation directory. You can download the latest version of PAL here.

Hi Doug :) ...the FE xml contain the MSSQL$RTC, but my Perfmon doesn't show this context, these are only mandatory if I've a Standard Edition with the CMS onboard ?
