&lt;p&gt;No this will never be changed. &amp;nbsp;If you want all the functionality you are talking about then you need to get Ultimate edition. &amp;nbsp;Parental controls is only going to be in the home edition skews of vista.&lt;/p&gt;

I then realized that PARENTAL CONTROLS is the ONLY feature of Vista Home Basic which is not in Vista Business. Any plans whether that'll change by Vista SP1? Bcoz Business edition even includes Movie Maker and WMP.&lt;/p&gt;
