Hello. I am really hoping you can help me because I am completely lost. So you know, I know very little about .NET, I am a Java developer by trade, but I was asked to help out here and am trying to find any information possible. The task at hand is simple, we need to get a SharePoint application to authorize either via LDAP or SqlServer authentication. LDAP works fine, however when trying to validate via SQL we get an exception that isn't very detailed stating that for more detail we need to turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults.

I tried following your example, but I am very confused as to how the Bindings work. Do these need to map to something existing? Is there a way to set includeExceptionDetailInFaults to true on a global level? Any information you could provide would be extremely helpful.

Vista Service Pack 1 here. I have a problem with my esrb.rs file and parental controls in general, and I am thinking the two may be related. As the admin, I am unable to access parental controls-- a common problem if you search for it on various Vista forums. After running SFC (system file checker), SFC was unable to repair a corrupt file -- esrb.rs -- which as you indicate is part of the parental controls game ratings system. How can I find a non-corrupt copy of esrb.rs to replace my corrupt copy? I am hoping such a replacement fixes the parental control issue I have.

I am having problems with the parental controls on my laptop, I am the administrator of this pc and i am over the age of 18 but i can not disable the parental controls on the admin account?

Hi,

I am using .Net 3.5 to access the crimson logs from a remote computer. I need to extract some information from user defined Properties(EventData) in each record.

EventRecord class only provides list of property Values and does not provide Name based lookup.

Is there any way I can lookup property value(EventData) based on the name?
