Does SQL Server Manager 2012 finally let you specify that you want to save your query files as UTF8 instead of UTF16 by default?

The latest version of the Microsoft Entity framework has a nice feature that allow us the ability to generate ERD from the existing database schema and vice versa, does SQL Server Denali support that feature as addition to the boring database diagram ?

Does the new version SQL Server 2011 support built-in load balancing cabability ? We're building an e-Commerce web system that is being hosted in a load balancing clustered web servers environment. For high availibility we design a system so each web server will has its own database server. The problem is it require to make sure the data on all the database servers must be consistency across all read/update/delete/insert transaction.
