It is that time of year again! We wanted to reach out to you and invite Phd Virtual back to this year’s Virtualization Deep Dive Day event.
The 4th annual Deep Dive Day conference is scheduled for Saturday, March 10th at “The Lantana”, in Randolph, MA. We invite you to join us as a Speaker and/or Sponsor at this must attend event that kicks off with Keynote and world famous Brian Madden who is sure to attract a crowd. After that it’s a day of technology and solutions deep dive sessions.
This is an annual event hosted by the Virtualization Group Boston (www.virtg.com), a user group focused on virtualization and cloud computing. We would love the opportunity for our audience to see and hear about the solutions your company brings to these technology areas.
Past year's events had about 150 people in attendance locally! This is a multi-session, multi-track event so it will draw a crowd of the right people. These are primarily IT Professionals in the New England area that are interested in advancing their knowledge and use of virtualization and cloud computing.
We are currently seeking sponsors, as well as presenters for individual sessions. I believe this is an excellent opportunity for company to reach this very important demographic to discuss your products and services. While we are not looking for "marketing messages" in the sessions, (we seek VERY technical content), there is plenty of opportunity to market and demonstrate how your products solve specific issues on the exhibit floor.
As a Platinum, Gold, or Silver Sponsor you’ll also have the opportunity to address the full audience with your marketing message. Details on the event can be found at www.virtg.com/DeepDiveDay2012 and for a look at last year’s event, go to http://www.virtg.com/DeepDive2011/default.aspx. Please keep checking back to the 2012 site as things will be changing rapidly.
Sponsorship and Speaking slots are limited, so please respond to Dan Stolts Right away. If you prefer you can also call at 857-453-6412 or send an email. See email below. This event is run by 100% volunteers, so getting the logistics done soon will be a tremendous help! For more information go to www.virtg.com/DeepDiveDay2012.
