Downloaded and installed in under 5 mins.  Very fast, slick and clean!!!  Some really cool features too!  Retained the great features of prior versions of IE like SmartScreen Filter, Suggested Sites, Compatibility View Lists and others.  I really like when you click on a new tab it brings up a list of open popular / recently visited sites and the “recently closed tabs”.  Also, in case you missed it, Favorites and Home are under the Star in the upper right corner (right of the tabs).  You can also get to favorites by pressing Alt+C.  If you cannot find something, look under the tools (gear next to favorites).
