Exchange 2007 Service Pack 2 was announced recently.

If you plan to migrate to or co-exist with Exchange 2010, then make sure you look at deploying Exchange 2007 SP2.  Besides allowing for an easy migration to Exchange 2010 there are also product enhancements.  Find more information here.
