Cause ====== OperationsManager 資料庫預先分配的資料檔案使用空間已滿，且應該是沒有設定自動成長，導致資料庫無法寫入資料。

Solution ======== 1. 請察看 OperationsManager 資料庫內容，請設定足夠的空間讓資料庫成長，建議將 OperationsManager 資料庫屬性的檔案成長量選擇[以MB為單位]，設定值依您實際需求增加。
2. 並將[檔案大小上限]選擇 "不限制檔案成長"。
