Past Events

TechEd Europe 2010

There were some pretty good sessions about Windows PowerShell and managing Lync Server this year at TechEd Europe. Do we know that because we were there and sat in on all the sessions? No. Actually we don’t know that at all. But we do know that there were sessions, and we can find out just how good they were by watching the recordings online. Or you can watch them and tell us how good they were. Here are a couple you might be interested in:

The Worldwide Partner Conference is over, but you can find videos of the keynote speeches and some of the sessions, including sessions relating to Unified Communications, online.

If you happened to miss some sessions at TechEd (or didn't make it there at all), here are links to some recordings that might be of interest to anyone visiting this site.

Unified Communications Track

If you're interested in everything related to Lync Server this link will take you to all the sessions that covered it.

Lync Server PowerShell: If you're interested particularly in PowerShell and manageability in Microsoft Lync Server 2010 (formerly known as Microsoft Communications Server "14") here's a link to the Communications Server Management Experience talk from TechEd 2010:

The PowerShell section of the talk begins around the 48:30 mark, a little over halfway in. (Although we'd recommend watching the whole session; it's definitely worth it.)

Introduction to Windows PowerShell

This session was conducted by Wassim Fayed, Senior Program Manager on the Windows PowerShell team. Who better to introduce you to PowerShell that a member of the PowerShell team?
