The Lync Server Admin Guide is pretty cool (and you can download it from here), but it seems to be missing something…. Oh yes, that’s it: PowerShell. Never fear, we’ve remedied that situation by providing a PowerShell Supplement.
 
 
 
 
27 scripts, yes, you read that right, 27 scripts, that allow you to configure client settings through the registry.
 
 
 
 
 
Here’s an article that explains how to retrieve information on Lync Server performance counters. Not using Lync Server 2010 just yet? That’s okay, this script can be adapted to work with any performance counters.
