Will the fixes in this update be included in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Service Pack 1 R2? Or does CU3 need to be applied regardless of whether you will be installing R2 (assuming the user wants the fixes that are included in this CU).

With this update in place, can we install sccm secondary sites on domain controllers?
